- Silent & Smooth 360° wheels: rubber wheels that roll smoothly, 5 cm in size.
- One-touch TSA lock (set-off code setting system)

3. Express Delivery via Messenger
• Available in Bangkok and surrounding areas.
• Estimated delivery time is 1-3 hours after the product is ready for shipment.
• Shipping fee is calculated based on distance.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact the store as soon as possible before the goods are prepared or handed over to the shipping company. Cancellation depends on the order's status at that time. If the goods are in transit or have already been handed over to the shipping company, the store reserves the right not to accept cancellations.
Product Exchange or Claim
- Please check the product thoroughly before use or removing protective packaging.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please take photos of the product and provide your order number via the store's Inbox so that our staff can verify and confirm the claim.
- Customers can request an exchange or claim within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be in 100% perfect condition and unused.
- The store reserves the right not to accept exchanges or claims if the request is made after the specified period or if the product shows signs of use.
- Changing the model, color, or size of the product depends on the available stock. If the new product is more expensive, customers can pay the difference. However, if the new product is cheaper, the store reserves the right not to refund the difference.
Product Returns and Refunds
Generally, the store will process product exchanges instead of returns for refunds. Refunds will only be considered if the store shipped the wrong product or if the product is damaged. The store cannot provide a replacement item. Returns or refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval from the store.
